Birds Of a Feather

After a busy time modelling at the Camp Collective at Baker Creek Mountain resort the day before, I returned to Calgary with the plan to relax. But when Brenrich invited me for a golden hour shoot at Fish Creek, it was too tempting to say no! 

During the shoot, we decided it would be a nice effect to walk and balance along the fallen tree close by. So I climbed on and began posing. However, during my stroll I couldn't help but become distracted by a strange tapping noise above my head. 

A woodpecker was busily pecking away for its dinner, and I was so transfixed that I almost fell off the log! In the end, I jumped off anyway. It definitely gave us a good chuckle.
