I decided to team up once more with the lovely Olivia of Blue Merle Artistry on a floral crown concept that I'd been wanting to try. I created my own flower crown using left over silk flowers from my wedding in June. Olivia and I strolled through the fields and woodlands of Nose Hill Park in fairly flat lighting conditions. It seemed that golden hour had escaped us! However, right at the end of our shoot, we were surprised and spoiled with a beautiful, glowing sunset. The sun beams radiated over the hill, and the whole sky was alive with colour. Olivia knew just the right angles and camera hacks to capture the light perfectly, and I think it is safe to say that the end result speaks for itself.
